I recently returned to WoW after a long hiatus and with the pushback of the Shadowlands date decided to unlock the Alliance races; specifically the Void Elves which currently requires the “You are Now Prepared” achievement. Fly to Dalaran and talk to the innkeeper there to receive Dalaran Hearthstone. If you are Scryer, same rules apply. Now, couple of folks like me have already succumbed to the shinies and pre-purchased the new expansion and blown our boost on new toons. Characters boosted to 50 can't use the Dalaran Hearthstone.
